OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship everything.  Our products come from all over the country and sometimes directly from the Manufacturers Warehouse.  If you are a local shop over time a salesman may stop buy and drop current orders if time and capacity allows.

OUR RETURN POLICY?

We assume all risks with your order.  If you are unhappy with anything let us know and we'll arrange a pickup and return your money.  Even if you don't think we'll like the reason - it doesn't matter - TELL US!  We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and communicate their dissatisfaction and satisfaction (of course) -  this feedback lets our sales reps, increase their Industry knowledge, and they will use this information to find products that will better suit our customers needs.  Thereby making us even more valuable to you!

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No!  We work with any size customer for any size order - always!

OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship regionally with SPEEDY and others in the lower 48 with UPS/FEDEx.  Sometimes USMail or LTL/freight makes more sense and you can request any carrier you wish when the order is confirmed/taken.  Yes we work with Hawaii, Alaska and Canada but admit that shipping costs and duties to these areas are difficult.
